Pricing questions
What counts as a unit?
The unit count the City's own records carry for a property, the same number we track. $14/month covers a property with up to 3 units; each unit beyond that adds $3/month. You see the exact price for each of your properties before you check out.
My building has more than 3 units. What does it cost?
Worked example: an 8-unit building is $14 for the property plus 5 extra units at $3 each, so $29/month. Annual billing applies the same shape with two months free.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to just pay the tickets?
One ticket already costs more than a year of tracking that property. A civil ticket is $200, or $250 once the 30-day window closes, against $168 a year for Compliance Plus on a property of three units or fewer. And tickets are not one-and-done: in Cleveland's own published data, 26% of civil tickets are a repeat against a parcel already ticketed for that same citation, and some parcels carry more than ten for one unresolved issue. Paying also doesn't buy compliance. The fine settles the ticket; the registration fee is still owed, the violation is still open, and the next ticket is still coming. Tracking is the only version where the deadline never becomes a ticket at all.
Can I cancel anytime?

What happens when I add or remove a property?
Adding a property starts tracking it immediately and joins it to your existing subscription. Removing one stops tracking right away, and its charge ends at the close of your current billing period.
