How it works
No sales call required to find out where you stand. Here's the whole process.
1. Search or submit your portfolio
Check any single Cleveland address free, any time, no account needed. Own more than one? Submit your whole portfolio: up to 100 addresses, or a CSV upload.
2. We verify against city records
Every address is checked against the City of Cleveland's open rental registration and Lead Safe Certification data, synced nightly. Where the public record doesn't cover it, like a Local Agent in Charge determination, we show it as unknown rather than guess. Manual research is available on paid plans.
3. You get a status, not a guess
Each property shows a clear status per requirement: compliant, expiring soon, expired, or unknown. We never mark something compliant without real evidence: no data means unknown, not a green checkmark.
4. A prioritized action list
For portfolios, we roll everything up: total properties, how many are compliant vs. at risk, and what to fix first, not just a wall of status badges.
5. Ongoing tracking, if you want it
Once you're a client, we track renewal deadlines across your whole portfolio and keep the paperwork moving: lead cert scheduling and keeping your registration current, so you're not the one watching the calendar.
