RentPup is a compliance administration service for Cleveland rental property owners. We research and report on public compliance records and, for clients, coordinate compliance-related services. RentPup is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not file documents with the City of Cleveland on a client's behalf without a separate, signed, written authorization.
2. Accuracy of information
Search results and reports reflect public City of Cleveland records as of the date shown, plus any manual research completed at that time. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. We do not guarantee compliance status and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a report without independent verification.
3. Client services and fees
