What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone), the property addresses you search or submit, and search activity (address searched, timestamp, referring page). We do not require an account to search a single address.
How we use it
To generate the compliance reports you request, to follow up on portfolio submissions, and to improve match accuracy between submitted addresses and public records. Search activity that doesn't convert to a submitted portfolio may still be reviewed internally to identify prospective clients.
Public record data
Property compliance status shown on this site is sourced from the City of Cleveland's public open data. It is not private information about you, and it exists independent of this site. Per-address result pages are not indexed by search engines.
Documents you upload

Third parties
